Refund & Return Policy
At PR Digital Marketing Agency & Academy, we strive to provide the best services and learning experience to our students and clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund or return request may arise. Below is our Refund & Return Policy:
1. Course Enrollment Refund Policy
- Cancellation Before Start Date:
If a student cancels their enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, they are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid fees. - Cancellation Within 7 Days of Start Date:
If the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the course start date, a 50% refund of the total fees will be provided. - No Refund After Course Commencement:
Once the course has started and more than 7 days have passed, no refunds will be processed.
2. Course Transfer Policy
- Students who wish to transfer their enrollment to a future batch or another course can do so by submitting a written request at least 3 days before the current batch starts. Course transfer is subject to availability and approval.
3. Refund for Services (Digital Marketing Projects)
- Service Cancellation Before Project Start:
If a project is canceled before any work has been initiated, a full refund will be provided, minus any administrative fees. - Service Cancellation After Project Initiation:
If a project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund will be provided based on the proportion of work completed. - No Refund for Completed Projects:
Once the project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration or processing fees paid during enrollment.
- Fees paid for any certifications, tools, or external resources.
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@prdigitalmarketing.com or in person at our office.
- The refund will be processed & credited within 7–10 business days to complete, depending on the payment method used.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
